Kim Hyun-Joong in Car Accident

DSP Entertainment announced on May 18th that Kim Hyun-joong, frontman of SS501, was involved in a small car accident on the 12th. Kim was in the car with a friend when it happened. Though not too serious, the accident left the singer with some scrapes, bruises, and even minor rib injuries. Consequentially, Kim will be taking it easy for the next two weeks.

The agency did reassure fans that there shouldn't be any problems with the recordings and preparations going on for SS501's comeback album tentatively scheduled for this month -- albeit after a postponement. However, Kim won't be able to perform some of the faster numbers at the Dream Concert 2010 taking place on May 22nd. He will be sticking to a couple of ballads, including "Let Me Be the One" and "Just One Day".
